Copy of the Vessel's P&I Cover (Certificate of Insurance)

The required documents for the issuance of the BCC for vessels that are not registered under Bhutan:

Official attestation letter from the flag confirming that they did not ratify the International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage, 2001.

Copy of the registry certificate.

Copy of the blue card addressed to Bhutan Maritime Administration as per below details:
