The required documents for the issuance of the BCC for the Bhutanese flagged vessels:

Copy of the blue card addressed to:

Bhutan Maritime Administration
C/O International Registrations Bureau
Zalka Main Road, Municipality Bldg., 5th Floor
Beirut, Lebanon

Copy of the Vessel's P&I Cover (Certificate of Insurance)

Kindly refer to the updated list of approved companies mentioned with the application forms and needed documents for the registration.

The required documents for the issuance of the BCC for vessels that are not registered under Bhutan:

Official attestation letter from the flag confirming that they did not ratify the International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage, 2001.

Copy of the registry certificate.

Copy of the blue card addressed to Bhutan Flag Administration as per below details:

CLC

In order to proceed with the issuance of the CLC, the applicant should submit to our administration the BLUE CARD (1992).
